Just wondering. I bought a water proof mascera and a normal mascera. I only need to it make my eye lashes look a bit darker when I go out with gay buddies. Taking it off looks ultra messy yucky. Maybe I can just shower it off when I am in the shower. will that work?

use a little face lotion on a cotton pad to take off mascara. it's the easiest trick, and works miracles. even with waterproof...

I buy non-oily eye makeup remover pads at Sally's. The brand is "Beyond Belief" and you get 50 of them for $4.00. By the way, I took your advice and bought some Loreal hair serum in the orange bottle and you're right, it's awesome! It smells good and much cheaper than the Chi. Thanks!

You can also use just a drop of baby oil, a little goes a long way. That will get it all off!

Jojoba oil is best--its actually good for the hair. My lashes are much healthier and less brone to breaking since i've been using it. Either that, or a luxurious bar cleanser like Dove both work great.

I agree with elggon. Smooth a bit of baby oil, mineral oil or vaseline across your lashes before you shower. Then, you can wash it off with soap and water.

yeah for waterproof mascara i always use cream or lotion to remove it.. i dont feel like buying makeup remover JUSt for that since i dont use it that much.. it is hard to get it off by only washing. sleeping in it sometimes isnt good bc when i sleep the waterproof ones tend to flake and its still a mess in the morning!

baby bath or baby shampoo, just a tiny drop for each eye. rinse with water.
it's fast and works.
