There is no way to tell at all. It is a guess, at best.

Sometimes viral loads drop dramatically or cannot be counted at all even after having been infected for a long time (years and years)

It might be that an assumption is being made about how you got it (no one can really tell) and an estimate is being made based on that. Again, just a guess.
