Hi guys, just wondering if anybody has ever found a lump inside their cervical, just beside the opening inside the actual vagina? Deeply concerned, gonna make an appt with my doctor, but still just wanted to ask you guys if you ever had anything similar and what happened with it - was it cancer, tumor or just a cyst!

I have a grape sized lump, which is not sore or tender, but JUST THERE! and that is enough!! I have no family history of cancer in that region!!

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

I found one right after I got back from my honeymoon, this was 14 years ago, anyway, I left it go for awhile, and then started picking at it, big mistake because it was a Barthelons cyst and it became infected. I was 4 month pregnant at the time, and I had to be put on antibiotics for awhile, as I had an infection from it. I was told to take several warm water baths, as this would bring the cyst to a head, I had to end up having it drained as it was very PAINFUL, when the Dr. drained it he said that he had never seen anything as infected as that had been. please learn something from my experience: If you are worried about it, go see a Dr. but do not pick at it.

I had a lump about the size of an egg about 20 years ago!! It was a blocked gland! Just came up suddenly. Had a bit of an op ( can't remember what they did) and was as right as rain again.
I am sure you will find your lump is nothing serious.
