Okay, first of all, is it possible for certain foods to start a metallic taste in your mouth? I have had this off and on and sometimes it seems as though when I eat even marshmellows, that will set it off. Any feedback?

hey iv seen you posting this one many times..ok the only way to know is if you do an ilimantion diet..start with simple foods like fruits veggies, boiled chicken,..very natural foods, and, slowly introduce everyday a new food..hmm and, see what happens..maybe its food or, maybe its not..are you taking PPI's for acid reflux.??

are you on a high protein or low carb diet? i've heard that can be a cause of metallic taste in the mouth...

The only thing I take for acid reflux is Prevacid and that is not very often at all.

your system for whatever reason might be too acidic. this does happen a lot when you eat many refined foods (junk food), and a lot of meat/dairy/eggs.
to balance that out, you can eat more fiber (fruits, veggies), drink a lot of water, and figs have a strong alkaline element which can help balance it too. the dried ones are also a very tasty snack.
