Is there a way to gain the height back lost from osteoporosis? Will I ever be the same height I was before osteoporosis, even if I load up on calcium pills, magnesium, zinc, and what not???

Has anyone here succeeded in getting their inches back???

I've never heard of anyone doing that. I'm not saying it's not possible but I'm pretty certain you can't reverse that. Good luck!

Nope. I think once it's gone, it's gone for good.
None of my cloths fit me anymore..
everything is too long.
I'm "in between" Avg and short now.
Avg is too long and short is too short.

BTW if you stay the same weight and loose 2 inches in vertical height..that weight spreads horizonally so you also look fatter!!!!!

Very disconcerting.
