Does anyone have any tricks for getting supplements down a 3 1/2 year old. All of our old standbys are starting to flop. We are especially having trouble with the various minerals.

I used to smash my son's vitamins and mix them with chocolate syrup... probably did more harm than good! ;)

Bananas work well, but bread is the best. After chewing the bread he can put the supplement in his mouth and he won't even know it was their. I have 3 children and it worked pretty well for us.

We put our son's on everything...his waffles with syrup, toast with almond butter and mix them in. Smoothies work well as does sprinkling them on organic potato chips. There is enough oil on the chips to absorb the supplements. They are tasteless for the most part so it should work.

Good luck!
