well im a 16 male and i have a lump in my breast which i never really noticed then one day i felt it i didnt push hard and it hurt really really bad. And i know guys can get breast cancer but i have talked to some people and they say it could be a deposit of something i forget i think it was potasium but should i go get it checked out?

Go get it checked out, it is probably some Calcium Deposits, if it hurts its usually a Cyst. But don't leave it. Hope this helps.

I agree you should get it checked out. Is the lump directly behind the nipple? Could be something I was diagnosed with 30 years ago called juvenile mastitis (I think). It's benign and I've had it ever since.
