Hello everyone, I'm new here, though I've scanned a few posts in search of a good plastic surgeon. Specifically, I need a very conservative nose job that can reduce the bump (no crookedness or anything). I still want to retain a very strong, masculine nose, so none of those little upturned things. I'm from Long Island and I'm 18, going to college next year. I came across Dr. Kalvert because he attended the University I will be going to, and figured maybe I could get a good discount :)

Anyone have anything on him? If not, can someone run fees by me on the other doctors who do the best nose jobs? Godfrey, Tabbal, Pastorek, for example. How much can I expect to pay for these...I'm on a pretty tight budget and I can't waste money on consultation fees. Also, if anyone knows of Kisner or Gold on LI that would help too.
