Three minutes is not all that bad for first timers, especially if the sex is once every week or two. With time and experience and greater frequency, things will get better. You can masturbate prior to a date to help delay things, and you can search this board for other suggestions. Stopping and pulling out to alternate between oral and vaginal sex is a suggestion.
