I had a very low risk sexual encounter with a high risk girl (mutual masturbation)
Every HIV expert and Doctor I speak to say my risk of transmission was Nil.
However, I am having night sweats, fever and all the symptoms related to the disease.
As a result, I cannot get it out of my mind. It has not been long enough to test and I am still having profuse night sweats and other symptoms. So I can't find out if I have it.
Everyone thinks I am crazy, but it is difficult me imagining that I don't have it.
Can anyone help me?

Here's what Ive told myself. What the worst that can happen I'll die. We all die someday anyway and whether you do or dont have aids you could walk out your door get in you car and be killed in an accident. The point is when it's our time to go, it's our time. Live each day like it's your last for it maybe. Good Luck and dont worry
it's not going to change a SINGLE SOLITARY THING except maybe a ulcer, K

It could be that you have flu + anxiety. Don't assume the worst.

 Hi,
You may be suffering from an "anxiety disorder". Is this the first time that you have felt like this. Usually, a person with an "anxiety disorder" experiences more than one episode of anxiety. Just a thought! A good therapist or psychologist could help you to diagnose whether this is your problem or not.
God loves you and so do I, Sally B.

I have been diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder. But night sweats are not usually a symptom of this disease.
Thank you for your kind words. I hope I can get through this

Sooner or later here you will find out for sure. And probably that you do not have HIV.
But the question remains on why you set your self up with "a high risk girl" in the first place. Was she a "professional"? Or just a girl with "low morals"?
You must be aware that you are setting yourself up to worry about something like an STD, have you thought about keeping sex out of the picture until you are comfortable with the girl's sexual health?

I really think you are overly worried about Aids. I read a book one time about the myth of Aids and why hookers hardly ever contracted the disease. It was because they usually only slept with someone once or twice and you need to sleep with a person who has aids several times (usually) to contract the disease.
Even wives who have slept with husbands who had the disease did not develop it.
Just be sure and use protection next time and DON'T WORRY!
