the other morning monday i had very severe pain in the hip and left knee it was so bad it took me 25 min to get from the bed to the living room everytime i stood uo the pain was so excruiting that i had to sit back down now this pain was in the entire left hip and left knee every time i would try to move the leg the pain took me sown now the pain is better today on sat but have pain still in the knee and hip any ideas what this could be?
