hello out there
about three weeks ago i suffered a heel fracture from a fall of 25-30 feet. my ortho doc has recommended a non sergical route, however after a cat scan it was shown that the subtalar joint was displaced by a millimeter, the doc still recommended no sergery; risk of infection and such. i am now in a cast and laid up for 12 weeks , has anybody went non sergical and if so what was the out come? please i am scared that i may never be able return to sports or my once active lifestyle.

HELP!!
