I can't take it anymore.....

I'm undergoing a lot of stress lately. Poverty and unemployment.....so it could be caused by stress, but it's sure not helping me dealing with my other problems.

The bloating started about 3 weeks ago. Never stopped since. I'm terribly bloated and gasy. Sometimes, i will get terrible stomach cramp feeling like i'm going to do #2, but when i get to the toilet, only gas comes out (a lot!!!). And as soon as i'm out of the bathroom, my stomach fills up with gas again.

Now for the past week, i havenn't done #2 at all. I know it needs to come out because i can feel (sorry if for the TMI), but i can sit on the bowl for a whole hour, and nothing!!!

I can admit that my nutrition is very bad. Since i'm umemployed and don't have any other income coming in, i can only afford to eat only once a day, sometimes not at all. My appetite is very low so i barely eat. I drink lots and lots of ginger, green or assam teas. So i know that part of the gas is probably caused by malnutrition, but isn't there anything i can do about it.

I'm so desperate to have this stop, any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Voodoo,

Honey I know lots of things that will help this but, the all cost money. I'm at a loss. I feel like a spoiled idiot!

I think you hit the nail on the head about the gas and malnutrition. The ginger tea is a good idea. If you can afford it you might want to try peppermint. In your one meal a day try to make it as full of fiber as possible. Drink lots and lots of water.

I can't think of anything else. I'm just sorry I don't have more answers for you. I don't know if you have a place like we do in town. It's called the Mission and you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner there no questions asked. Look in your phonebook.

Love,

Jamie
