Hi,
The general conception is exercise is good for us, of which I agree.
Does anyone actually know the reason why after exercising the muscles do not or cannot get back there strength.

there are nerve impulses that stimulate & control the muscles. if nerve damage from MS is affecting limbs, muscle loss/control can occur.

if you train as i do with waight,i train with a guy ive always trained with i would do 3 sets of 15 say med waight fast doing this fast uses all the musles in the arm ,leg and helps the micro vessels in the mussels this helps blood flow in turn helping control,basically the stronger you are before an atack the beter you will be after.hope that helped
