Ok i am wondering i someone could help me on this. Ok everyonce and a while i have weird spell things there always the same. but recently on sunday i had one and this is what happend. I went to work like normal and didnt feel good so i was talking to my boss he was reading something to me. All of a sudden i started feeling like i was gunna pass out. i started getting dissy, feeling faint, and my vision was really blurry. I couldnt stand up because i would get more dissy but if i sat down i was ok but not totally better. I know that diabetes runs in my family i have about 3 family members that i know of that have it. I might have more that i dont know about or who are not living at the moment. The three i know r my great grandfather, my great grandmother (his wife), and there son my grandfather (my momthers father). And i also always hungry,tired,thirst,peeing alot. I heard that those r some of the signs. To think about it i also get very weak, shaky and tired (groggy) if i dont eat every so often. Could it be diabetes?

Presently there are over 18 million diabetics in the US and only 13 million know they have it! So there is a strong possiblity that you do have diabetes or pre-diabetes. Get tested by your doctor asap.
