So, I've planned to do my procedure in Costa Rica this spring or summer.
I'll be travelling with a friend of mine and he will make sure that I"m well taken care of after the procedure.

I 'm in the process of looking for the doctor. I've been doing a few internet searches and I came up with one doctor, Dr Jorge Mora Sinning, who is a board certified surgeon.

I asked him a few questions and he responded with a request to see front and side profile pictures of my nose. Once I sent that he told me what he could do.

I'm not sure if I'll go to him per-say but he is my first option at this point.

I do have one concern. He said that he will use a special masking tape above the nose instead of a cast. Is this normal? Do you think he's referring to a splint? He pointed this out because I will not get a bone fracture, only work on the tip.
