My son is six. We just started him on the GFCF diet. Are frozen veg. that say no preservatives on the package ok? Also, I bought him Puffin cereal that says no dairy on the package, but when I got home, I noticed in very small print on the other side of the package that it might contain trace amounts of dairy. Should I not give this to him?

The vegetables are great as long as there are no added ingredients. I would skip anything that "may contain trace amounts" of milk.

Thanks. I'll change his cereal. He's been on this for three days now and I'm seeing a difference in his attention and personality. He was all smiles and LAUGHTER this morning.

When we first started this- it was easier to just cook from scratch, and stay with whole foods- "replacements" did not taste right- and I was also worried about missing a
forbidden ingredient.
Later we found out Corn syrup sent him off to la- la land.... dyes and anything artificial did the same. High phenols make him spaced & grumpy.
