Ok, this is going to sound weird I guess but I have to ask.
I'm a sixteen year old male, and I found a lump, or something of that calliber in my left nipple. Its not in the right one. The lump, is directly aligned under the nipple its self, and feels like a tube. It hurts to touch, and I'm scarred that it could be breast cancer, or something to do with my heart.
It hurts if you aply pressure in words, and if I squeeze it, I feel kinda sick a few moments after wards. I'm really scarred and hope someone here knows something.

Chances are, since you are only 16 it is not cancer. It is probably a cyst or infected gland of some sort, however the best advice is to go to a doctor...the longer you wait, the worse it could get.
