I have read these posts several times, and still am confused, so thought I would ask the question point blank. When you are ttc and are going by CM to determine ovulation timing....when is the correct timing to BD??
when CM is egg like, runny, watery?
OR when it has become stretchy?
Sometimes mine is stretchy just BEFORE I get the runny, watery CM...then there are times its stretchy AFTER the watery, runny CM. Sometimes, I get it BOTH before and after watery....so I am confused on which one I am supposed to pay attention to.
I just dont know if I am supposed to BD while its runny, stretchy..or both. Does the "watery CM" mean that you are ovulating...about to ovulate.....or is it the "stretchy" that means that???

Both wet and stretchy cm can be fertile cm - so any of the days your cm is wet or stretchy - especially your wettest or stretchiest day. Good luck!
