I've had lower left pelvic pain for about 10 months now. Gets worse with ovulation and periods. Now I'm starting to get pain/pressure in the rectum. I had a miscarriage back in March, and had 2 pelvic ultrasounds. Nothing showed up on those. Any ideas on what this could be? I'm starting to think I"m crazy and just imaging it.
