Does anyone know if dysplasia would cause bleeding, no hurting - just bleeding, during intercourse?!

While I haven't heard that, I would guess it's possible if the cervix is inflammed. Your cervix has a lot of veins in it, if you rub one the wrong way you can bleed, a little or a lot. My OB/GYN was telling me that when I was prego and started spotting after sex.

I know I'm definitely not pg! I've been with my fiance for 5 years and this just started happening about 1 year and a half ago, but since then it's only happened 3 times and because of this we haven't had sex since last November :mad:! I guess it's pretty traumatic for him to look down and see blood on his penis http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dizzy.gif, so he won't go near me, in that way, until I have the LEEP :(.
