I AM JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN RELATE TO THIS PROBLEM and if it is serious.

for 3 weeks I have had mild wind type cramps in my stomach, bloating, acid rising to the chest. going to the loo is normal frequency but stools are rather mushy looking AND DISCOMFORT in the low part of the stomach which reduces after going to the loo.

About 6 months ago I started having heartburn and larynx type pains, doctors did a barium swallow and they checked out the eosphogus....quite normal apart from a little back flow of barium which the doctors did not investigate further.

apart form that i am eating okay, weight is okay no severe fatigue to mention.

I am 40 years old , male

can anyone help please

regards

tony

I agree. Sounds like acid reflux. I have had similar problems. Have you tried an over the counter medicine like pepcid or something similar.
