I am currently on 200 mgs of Luvox but I find I can not sleep at nights, I am going to try it for a little while longer. Has anyone tried Zoloft and if so did it work better for you?? I have been on Paxil CR and that worked great but I gained so much weight on it but it didn't bother my sleep. I can't continue to go on without any sleep so I do not know what to do.

I have the same question b/c I can't sleep at night from Luvox either and eventually I'll have to switch to Zoloft when we have kids.

I am on 300 mg. of luvox and I sleep fine. it just varies for the person I guess.
I think luvox is better for OCD than zoloft from studies I read but it depends on the person. I would say luvox is the gold standard and anafrainl. However, anafranil causes severe side effects like sedation and wt. gain. I would avoid anafranil.

I sleep fine on the 300 mg. of luvox too. But, I've never had any trouble sleeping.
