need some advice from you all or anyone as batty as me.
finished depo nov 04 and was told upto a year to get back to normal(gutted).ok doc said just start ttc.so been dtd since had first af in 8th jan 05 was a bit shocked thought it might b longer,but had a good af quiet heavy but thought this was good.so carried on dtd and now af was due on feb 4th had all symtoms of af but she didnt show.still waiting done lots of hpts all neg.now does anyone know if after depo you can have af one month and then miss a month or r my sore boobs just tricking me?or could i be preg?never had a prob b4 with ttc but i know depo can mess you up by other posts on sights.anyone had neg tests for a week over and then poss?maybe my age is affecting af now 35?
any ideas would really app your veiws or ideas.

Depo really upsets your system, well most peoples anyway! I had my last inj last march and have not had af yet, although i ovulated last week according to my o scope. My breasts have been sore since july 04 and according to my doctor that is one of the side effects it has on you when you stop! I spent loads of money on preg tests, had bloods done only to find out they were bfn.
Take it easy and dont expect too much, good luck :)

I had my last jab at the beginning of April 2004. Ive not yet had AF return, and i too like sammie have spent tons on tests, just to get BFN all the time.

thanks for your replies,im sorry to hear that youve had simular problems with depo.i didnt want any more kids when i had depo, but we have changed our minds now and at 35 time isnt on my side!i am so sorry your af hasnt returned yet they say a year but we all hope sooner ey.i was amazed to have af in jan that was really quiet a normal af 10 days worth so i thought maybe i was just lucky but now late by 8 days im stuck,has af just stopped or am i preg todays hpt was neg so its not looking to hopeful.want to keep ttc but wondering if i should incase im preg already.so i guess im off to docs for blood test which will prob b neg but i cant see i have any other choice?do you? any way keep doing the dance ladies im sure well all get there eventually.

It would be good to go to the doctors for a blood test to put your mind at rest but dont be down if it comes back negative!

hi i had my last injection may last year so it wore off in august and i was told the same upto a year so i was quite suprised when six weeks ago i started my af for five days then stopped for a week then bled for five days now my next af is due tomorrow but i had a bleed for a day on cycle day 14 was very watery sorry tmi not like my af so not sure what to make of it whether my af is due tomorrow or if i should start counting from that day bleed.
Any ideas?
Oh and Suimont i think we were both lucky having any af my friend stopped hers two years ago and still nothing but some slight spotting and she was on the injections less time than me

glad your af came back sooner rather than later i was horrified when told upto a year.so yes i do think we are both lucky.i am not sure when to expect af again for either of us mine never showed on feb 4th?docs said it is normal 4 this to happen.a friend said today once hers started they just carried on as normal.so i guess we count from first day of your last af onwards and i count from 1st ady last af was due?confused me to lets see what happens mine is due on 4th march so im on 2ww..........oh dear.any sign of af 4 u yet,i am waiting 4 u with interest?..plmk and good luck.my friend is of simular age to me 35 do you think its takes longer for af to return if your older?i was on it for 5 yrs you?

well i tested today BFN im having lots of cm today and some of it is yellow like snot sorry for the graphic details but im not sure if its any sort of sign or not. I was on the depo for 2 year. Iv been having slight cramps now for about a week so keep thinking its gonna arrive but so far nothing. lots of cm though but i dont know how relevent this is iv been having ewcm for about 2 week. Any ideas?

dont worry about bfn,dont feel to down i know ext how you feel .i was gutted i guess u feel the same.i am so pleased you were grafhic about cm because mine is the same its just like snot your right!i didnt have this lovely snot until depo stopped had a test at the docs he worried the life out of me and said he was checking for clomidia????!!!!arghhhhh.result was neg thank god.i was already blaming ex husband,ha ha.anyway he said it was a vag infect and gave me canesten.but it still keeps arriving on my 2ww time so i think it may be sorry wait for it yuck from wall lining inside that has built up on depo.because i read that depo stops eggs and produces a thck mucus on uterus wall to prevent any odd egg from embedding?well i can only guess but its a thory sorry know im being gross.maybe we need to loose the mucus before periods r right?i cant really put a post up saying(gross yellow snot? help)now can i.any sign of af 4 u yet.hoe do we have a period and then stop?that makes theory above rubbish?
