hi. over the past 9 months to 12 months, i have been having more and more symptoms of diabetes (ie. thirsty, fatigue, hungry a lot, shaking, blind vision spots), but i am very scared to get tested. can someone please tell me about the testing process... what they do, how long it takes, ect. thanks.

It is a simple blood test. Your doctor will get the results from the lab in a few days.

As mentioned, it's just a simple blood test, no big deal-- However, diabetes is a VERY BIG DEAL!!! Please go and have your blood work done, so many bad things can be results of diabetes.
