Has anyone used Dr. David Rosenberg in NYC -had consult with him for eyelid surgery-he seemed very knowledgeable, but he's very young (prob about 40) Any input wd be appreciated!! (Also Im consulting with Foster and Aston-please advise!) Thank you so much!!
