i have been pressing on my testicles and my one is still hurting that i have been pressing. It isn't hurting as much as it was. But now rather than pain i'm getting like a tingling sensation or i get the feeling like i feel something running inside the testicle. Its a more a less like a butterfly sensation i guess. Do you think its because i've been pressing hard on the nerves surrounding the testicle or the spermatic cord?

Yes, testicles are very sentitive (if you've ever been kicked there, you know the pain is intense). It's likely your pain is a result of excess pressing.

I pressed slightly hard on the one and since then its resulted in a lot of pain now the pain has subsided, its just like a tingling sensation now.
