Hi everyone,
I am not sure if I am supposed to post this here, so I apologize.
Anyhow, here is the situation. After a 7 year relationship, my ex dumped me 2 months ago. I was the jealous and obsessed type and she couldn't handle it no more.
Well since then, I have been reading books and I feel that I am much better at controlling my feelings. I feel that i am ready to start all over again.
I sent her a birthday card a month after we broke-up, and I never recieved a response what so ever. Now it's february and Monday is Valentines Day, and I feel that I have to do something.
Question is should I do something for her on Valentines Day and what would be ideal? If not, why so?
I am in a state of confusion. I feel trapped. I know she wants quits, but I still love her, and isn't that what the Day is about...
Thanks for reading :)

Hello,
well to be honest with you If she did not responed to your card , I would not send her a valentines card. I know its hard for you but you can do it we will all suport you!! i understand that you love her but at times in life you need to let things go and work them selfs out.
i think you are going to be setting yourself up for sadness if you send her one and she dont respond to you.
I wish you hope and joy!!

I would move on and use this as a learning tool. I would try to correct this pesonality and control flaw and use my new knowledge and understand for future relationship.
