I have been eating about 1500 calories and taking Xenadrine and working out about twice a week for a week and a half now.

and I have gained 4 lbs??????? and I highly doubt it's muscle.

what the hell!

I am not sure what Xenadrine is, but it can be something not for you. Here is mroe details:

There are many types of supplements, some are fiber rich, some are protein rich, and some are acid rich.

I think Xenadrine might be protein rich. If it says on the label more energy, more muscle. IT IS SAYING THE TRUTH. It gives you more energy, so you work out a lot. But, if you do not work out a LOT, the energy will just be staying in your system and eventually stored. Try getting High Fiber Supplements or just diet and excercise without the supplements.
