Don't know if this is the right section to be asking or not - but here goes -
1 week ago I had pelvic ultrasound and they did the probe ultrasound also. Just talked to nurse and she says it is Complex Ovarian Cyst on my right ovary with possible infection or hemmoraging. I am suppose to go back in 6 weeks for another ultrasound.
I went to doctor because of pain in my adomen and also painful sexual relationship with husband.
Can anyone explain what this is please? What is the treatments, etc?

That's what I had, a complex ovarian cyst.
Im not sure what complex means, maybe liquid filled cyst, or large.
And it's implanted on the ovary.
Depending on how big it is, they will either wait it out to see if it disappears on it's own, maybe with some hormone treatment like b.c.
You may have to have a laparascope where they go in through your bellybutton to look at it and maybe remove it.
They will also check it to see what kind of cyst it is to determine if further treatment is needed.
With mine, they did a lap to check it out, and found out that it was engulped around my ovary, they had no choice but to remove my ovary with it, so they had to proceed to major surgery. Turned out to be the classic "chocolate cyst", due to endometriosis. I know, sounds grose. My cyst was 6.7 cm.
It all depends on the cyst and your doctor's decision.
Ask them as many questions as you can before going on to surgery.
