Hi everyone, this is my HIstory and i will be grateful to any comment or Advise.

Well, it seem to me that im HVC+ for 25 years :eek: , well in 1979 i received a Blood transfusion, Im from Spain and im 32.

Well, i had a sexual life active, and in many times i had sex with girls without protection, but the fact that i have my liver enzimes over 100 (ALT) from i was 21 (It was the first blood draw, for analitic use) makes me think about i get the disease when i was younger and receive the transfusion.

ABout 8 months ago i had my last risky sex with a girl.
The date was the 5 July.

A month later i found my actually girlfriend.

3 Months later i developed a Huge Herpes on my penis due to a bad use of spermicide. wich BURNED all my penis, I have Genital Herpes too from about 4 years ago .

It dessapear in less than one week, in that time, i had very bad information, and usually, when i Had a herpes Outbreak i took Doxiciclin, and this, how seems to work well, every time i had a herpes outbreak i took the antibiotic.

Well in this week after the HUge outbreak i took about more than 30 pills of this antibiotic in just one week.

Well now i know that the herpes is a virus, and the doxicline was only profilaxis, of the genital herpes.

After that, in a week I started to develope day and night sweats, very high fatigue, white tongue, and terrible headaches that still remains.

I tested about HIV on 18 weeks after my latest risky intercouse and 20 and 24 , alls negative.
And I tested about Syphilis, Hep B, And Hepc all nebative, but not Hep C.
Im HVC+
In November my Enzimes were ALT 160, AST 60, GGT 250.

In JAn ALT 120, AST 55, GGT 150

The specialist of the liver, has ask for another CBC (everithing run very well except enzymes), HIV and PCR and genotipe and ECO.

I didnt make the HIV and PCR and HCV genotipe, cause the HIV test, stress me a lot.
But i have no choice, i should treat about HEP Cor i will get seriosly ill.

What can I do??

The next time i see the Dr. i will say him that i dont need another HIV test, but i need treatment about HEP c

You have two viruses. It is imperative that you change your behavior and take better care of yourself and protect others from contracting viruses from you.

Statistically, herpes makes hepC easier to transmit sexually, so please do the responsible thing and

1) inform your potential partners ( even condoms are not 100% risk free) and,

2) protect your partners by wearing condoms.

Doxicyline does nothin for herpes virus, as you now know. Acyclivir is a herpes drug and may help reduce the number of outbreaks and reduce the length of an outrbreak. Even when you do not have an outbreak, you may still be infectious as skin sloughing has been linked to transmissions when there is no outbreak.

A white tongue can be caused by overuse of antibiotics (doxy)

Clearly your liver is unhappy ( re: liver enzymes)

Read through my post on how to manage hepatitis (any type) For your own health and well being, get serious about taking care of yourself and protecting others.

Whether you need treatment depends on many factors. You may or may not need treatment at this time or ever. Depends largely on what damage you have already cause to your liver, if any. A biopsy will tell you this.

Treating will not make you immune to getting re-infected with hepC and it may not cure you of hepC. We do not yet have the measure to know for certain one way or the other. Because of that I advise everyone who has or has had hepatitis C to avoid alcohol and smoking and to care for themselves as though they do have it still. There is less risk to your liver with that strategy than to go whole hog and potentially risk your health. A healthy lifestyle never killed anyone.

Well im a little curious, i didnt knew that Herpes could pass the skin, even if there isnt outbreak, aha, my girlfriend knows everything, but i were not reported about this issue of this disease, ill use condoms all the time.

Well from i was noticed that i was HCV+, i dont drink alcohol, thing that make very sorry, cause, in the past almost never drunk alcochol, but when i did, i drunk a lot, in fact in 2004 i had two ethilic intoxication, and now is obvious, that if i knew my disease i never made those abuses.

Only two questions more, when the last day i had the eco , the Dr. who made it, told me that my lever was normal, how could be , if a feel like if i been on hell , MY ALT is high, and have fatigue, and dizzies, and headaches all the day????
Those symptoms are normal???

And the last, my GP has rule me , effelgaran for my headaches, and it doesnt work not bad, but dont very well, the only thing that seem to me that is PERFECT, is my pills of PHARMATON complex, vitamins an minerals, that i dont know why release the fatigue and headaches far far away, but as i readed that it isnt recommend and i dont want to hurt my liver more, im asking if i can take Pharmaton one pill at two days for example.

I am not a doctor, Jerry. I have no idea about the medications you are taking or what your doctor's interpretation of your tests means. I can only tell you that a biopsy is the gold standard to determine whether your liver is damaged or not.

You can look up medications you are taking by doing an internet search. You will know as much as I do at that point (not much) I encourage you to ask your doctor more questions.
