Just wondering if anyone has tried oil of oreagano. I have heard hype on this latley and that It can help many things. Also if it is a good thing to take could you take it if you are nursing?

It is a staple in my home. I was told about it when I had a bad broncial/cough and it worked like magic. Since then I keep it around for colds, flus, and any chest or throat problems. It is very good and I suggest it to others and they always thank me after.

I took OOO for a while. Usually with the oil form, you hold a few drops under your tongue for a couple minutes before you swallow. It is really strong and some people can't handle it alone. In that case you would mix a couple drops in a little warm water or fresh juice and drink it.
OOO is NOT good if you are nursing. It should be avoided if you are pregnant as well.
It is good to take for several ailments because it helps the immune system.
