Kind of funny, I went through the same thing last year, my pressure was around 24 as well. He checked my eyes and they looked fine inside. He said some peoples pressure can be high without any problems. I am going back next week, for a check up. I have been having some headaches and eye problems, so we will see what he says then. I'll let you know if my eye pressure has caused any problems since the last time I was tested for it a year ago.

Go see another doctor.
The first time my pressure was up mine didn't do anything about it but made sure I came back within a few weeks/month (10 years ago I forget how long...wasn't very though) for a follow up pressure check to monitor it.
Once that was done I was sent in for a vision field test and put on meds....(Or could have been meds then vision field I forget) But definately either call and go back to them for a recheck or see another doctor cause if it's more than a fluke it really needs to be taken care of.
Was this an opthamoligist or an optometrist (Someone at say lens crafters)?....

well went back to the eye doctors and said I would give you an update. My pressure this time was 24/23. However, he did a more accurate test in the office and they were 17. He said the air ones tend to read higher...my eyes looked fine to him.
