I posted about a week ago because I have fatigue after any kind of exercise.
A very short walk and I may be tired for days, weeks, and longer. I took the online test for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromylgia but don't have any of the other symptoms. I had not exercised in a long time because its just not worth it but recently I tried a fifteen minute video walking in place exercise vido for two days and on the third day I was absolutely exhausted and that fatigue took about a week to get over. I tried something that did seem to help though and wanted to share it. I had some Celtic Sea Salt (the good kind that is about $11 a lb) and I ate about 1/2 teaspoon full for two days and I think that really helped me to get over the fatigue quicker. There is also a webpage you might want to check out called {removed} As far as I know its still up there. Another thing I'm doing now is taking Barley Green. Check out {removed} I'm not on the Hallelujiah Acres diet but am considering it b/c I have friends on it and they feel wonderful and its supposed to cure chronic fatigue. I think what started my fatigue was a diet tea I drank about ten years ago for about a year that had ephedra in it and I did lose weight and felt good while on it and then got to the point where when I drank it I started feeling the opposite of what I was supposed to. I wondered if my adrenlin glands are exhausted. Doctor says they are fine though. I'm overweight and need to lose so bad but can't exercise. Even dieting itself seems to cause me fatigue. I'm plan to give the H.A. Plan some further study and see if that might be an option for me and definitely will take the salt whenever I become fatigued. The Barley Green is worth every dime you pay for it because when I started taking it recently I could definitely felt better. You can order it from Hallejuiah Acres or buy it at any health food store in pill form or powder. These are just some ideas for what its worth. I'm always looking for some help or a cure for my fatigue.
