I have IBS And i'm Also lactose intolerant. I have researched both on the internet neither have helped. My IBS is with constipation. I have a problem with bloating .I can be 5 pounds heavier at night than in the morning. I'm a tall but small person and it makes me so miserable that i do'nt feel like doing anything. I'm young and want more out of life. Just wondering if theres supplements or drugs that help. Or if theres foods i should avoid . I know with the lactose problem to leave dairy alone thats pretty self explanatory. But i don't have a clue about IBS. If anyone can help i would really be greatful....

I too have IBS and lactose intolerance. There are digestive pills for lactose intolerance, and I take those everytime I eat something I suspect may have dairy in it.
My IBS is also majorly constipation, but I have bouts of diarrhea too. I've found that eliminating pop/soda from my diet really helps with the icky bloated feeling.
