Hey gals,
AF arrived this morning. I was so sure I was pregnant being that AF was due to come on the 10th. I know that the BCP made my cycle nutty, I almost regret ever being on them. I had cd's of 31 from NOV to DEC and from DEC to Jan it was 28 cd now I am counting 30 cd from my LMP in Jan to this cycle. Any one know what's going on? Think I may be irregular now? Any suggestions, comments and thoughts are greatly appreciated. :( Thanks :)

So sorry af arrived, she is so mean to keep you waiting and then show her ugly face just when you thought youd cracked it!
I know birth control pills can make you irregular but i have heard that after 3 cycles of being off bc you should be going back to normal, obviously this is not the case for everyone! How long have you been off them now?

I have been off BCP since Nov.

Sorry to hear that AF came. Although positively speaking, it doesn't sound like you are that irregular. Having a few days of variance is not uncommon at all and probably not anything to be alarmed at. I have cycles anywhere from 26-30 days, but my luteal phase always stays right at about 12 or 13 days. So, once I know when I have ovulated, then I can predict exactly when AF should start. I just can't predict ovulation, so that is what makes my cycles different lengths.
