With funding from the National Cancer Institute, Inflexxion, Inc., a small, Boston-area medical services company, is developing a new pain and symptom management system for cancer patients. The system’s goal is to improve cancer patients’ quality of life by improving the assessment of pain levels and symptoms associated with cancer.

To make the system as helpful as possible, we need input from cancer patients. We are looking for cancer patients willing to review a telephone-based demo of the system from their home and then complete some brief questionnaires. The whole process should take between 30 and 45 minutes, and participants will be paid $50-60 for their time. Participation in this study will help ensure the value of the system to the cancer community. To be eligible, participants must be at least 18 years of age and have a diagnosis of a non-hematological cancer.

For more information or to sign-up, please contact Scott Kushner at skushner@inflexxion.com or (800) 848-3895.
