Eeeek! I think this may be the worst time to deal with the OCD. I am trying to get ready to move, and downsize my collective belongings. I've spent all night, and only made it through a single file cabinet. Still don't think everything will fit inside -- and keep getting hit with panic waves about the things I did get rid of.
Well, it was a small vent, anyway. Hubby is angry because I'm typing while he is in bed.
Thanks for listening.

Hi
I think we've crossed paths on the bipolar board and yes I also deal wiht OCD.
We've moved several times. Once we moved from a 2100 sq ft home to a 900 sq ft home and found out I was pregnant to boot. We survived but I learned all kinds of hiding places, behind and under couches etc etc. The panic and anxiety is perfectly normal and is kind of like our brains repsonse from stress, which is better then holding it inside. Stress in it self can actually be helpful in times like this, it makes our brain
work harder. You'll be fine and everything will fit into your new place, it always does.
Kind of like putting a puzzle together a little at a time. Happy Valentines Day, K
