Get hold of the Taking Charge Of Your Fertility Book by Toni Weschler - this will give you a better insight into your body and helps you pin point the day of ovulation.
I also went round the shops and doctors picking up information leaflets and booklets on pregnancy, this gave me a great deal of info on preparing my body and what to expect.
I take it you are taking folic acid daily? there are also other vitamins you can take aswel at the same time, my chemist told me to take folic acid and multi-bionta (sp?) to give my body the correct vitamins etc, but its best to check with your doctor what you can take esp if you are on other medication.
Good luck, hope this helps.
