hey, i have recently lost all my weight and am at the ideal weight. i went to the doctor today and was told that i do not need to lose anymore but need to maintain it by eating right and exercising regularly. heres my question. should i be exercising before i eat or after?

I don't think it matters exercize is exercize. Most of what i've read says you can break it up during the day rather than all at the same time. I guess that way seems logical because you don't seem to get bored with it as easy. That's the way i've been doing it to maintain for the 5 years since i've lost . It has worked for me. I also switch around with different exercize so my body doesn't get used to the same old routine. Hope this helps u out.
