Just went off the pill end of last month. Do any of you have any good suggestions or tips on trying to get pregnant?

Angel - you should check out the TTC board, or Try To Conceive. I'll bet the women there have a ton of suggestions!!

The best advice I can give is to take it easy and enjoy it. I know it's hard not to think about it cause when my DH and I were trying everyone kept saying "try not to think about it" and that's all I could think about! The book "Taking Charge of your Fertility" by Tom Weschler (I hope I spelt that right) is a great tool. I learnt so much from that book. My DH and I had been trying for about two months but as soon as I got and read the book we did everything it said and by December we were pregnant!
Good luck!

I agree with the previous responder - try not to think about it. My DH and I TTC for almost three years. When I finally decided not to worry about it anymore and started to think that we were meant to only raise a dog and cat I got pregnant. If you focus to much on it your body will respond negatively. I wish you the best of luck - baby dust to you. :)

Thanks for your kindness! I went and bought a basil thermometer today...we'll see what happens, I'll try not to think about it too much though :)
