I have IBS too, depression, and anxiety. I feel tired and lethargic whatever I do and get headache in the back of my head too. I have dizziness and nausea and other stuff wrong with me. I often wonder if I might have M.E. Is it genetic, cos a relative has M.E. Perhaps it is just symptoms of depression and anxiety. Do you have either depression or anxiety or both? Are you stressed, Iodoka?
My doc says it's all in my head too, but if it affects you physically it should still be treated, not just brushed aside as a mental problem...

don't let your doctor say its all in your head - get a second opinion cos its not! ME is a real illness (i have read somewhere that it is being reserched in the link between ME and a polio type virus). i've had ME for 4 years now and though i'm still not 'well' i am a lot better than i was, the first 2 years were the worst. ME can last anything from about a year to 7 (sometimes longer). i hope you start to feel better soon. i don't no how old you are but the TYMES trust really helped me (its a charity for young people with ME) with lots of info. http://www.tymestrust.org/
