How much correlation is there between B/P and adrenal function? Is it possible to have mild impairment with dramatic hypotension or severe impairment with mild hypotension?

What is considered a dramatic/mild drop? I realize the best way to determine adrenal function is through hormone testing but this has me curious.

Do both the systolic and diastolic drop or only systolic (or diastolic)? What if one goes up but the other goes down (I hope I'm making myself clear :) ).
