My left eye has been twitching or pulsating for about 3 weeks. Occurs in the lower eye lid and feels like a nerve or muscle twitch. It doesn’t appear to affect my vision.

Wondering if this needs to be checked out?

I wear contacts and have had colds/sinus infection on and off this winter.

Or stress or tiredness?? That has been suggested to me for my eye twitches!!
