Has anyone used enzymes on a child who is not on the GF/CF diet? I'm thinking of trying it with my pddnos son. He is too picky an eater to implement GF/CF and I was hoping the enzymes might help. Any one with experience?

I use enzymes - usually with the diet- but on vacations and holidays w/o the diet. My son is a few days shy of 14 and the diet is such a nightmare but still a life saver. So this is our compromise. His behaviors are definitely more autistic if he's not on the diet. He perseverates, he's flightly and skiddishes, moody and mopey. Its as if he has a pulse and his whole body moves and jerks and whoots and howls in sync. Once he starts his ritilin these symptoms eases off a bit but they are much more pronounced when he is not on the diet and only using enzymes.
