Hello
My question is about mid-cycle cramping. My cramping usually lasts about 2-4 days. I know this has to do with ovulating, but I need to know if the first day of cramping is the actual day of ovulating? Because I cramp for more than one day I'm not sure when the ovulation is suppose to take place during that timeframe.
Any idea?
Thanks

Hi Miss,
I actually don't know for sure, but I always pictured my cramps as starting when the egg was released, as it moves through the tube, only because it is somewhat on the move when I have the pains and it's over time...
