I read green tea is great for the body. I've been drinking it and all it does is wire me out...er, make me highly stimulated for activity. I feel as if I've ingested five cups of coffee!

Right, they do have a Decafe Green Tea. I can't drink the straight stuff, it makes me very sick to my stomach, but the decafe is okay. And now they even have flavored green tea. Oh and you can also take it in capsule form.
