Hello,
It is awesome that you have decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I've never taken cortislim but my stock answer when anyone asks what "Revolutionary diet pill" is good is to say "None." Diet pills may take the weight off in the short term but if you do not learn good eating habits and maintain an active lifestyle the weight will just return.
The best thing to do is to start and continue to exercise at least three days a week, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8-16 cups of water per day and avoid sugar/white flour products like the plague most especially soda.
Good luck to you. Just stick with it and you'll do just fine. :)
