Well after a failed attempt at tappering ( I went back to OCs more than ever) I have finally made it to the 8th day clean. I feel sooooo much better now. My thoughts are clearer and life just seems to be more valuable to me now. Thank you all who have been my support and answered my questions....I couldn't have made it this far without you. I hope to STAY clean this time and I wish you all the best. Keep trying if you fail at first...I swear its worth it to see the light at the end of that long tunnel. Take care...Jeff

Congratulations on getting off the pills!!

What are you doing to help yourself stay away from the pills? That info could be helpful to us all. I'm going to counseling and meetings and it really helps. I still have to watch out though. I have been clean & sober for 4.5 months.
