I am looking to get a rhinoplasty but cannot afford to shop around at $250 a pop. Are there any doctors who do not require a consultation fee? The only one I know is Kalvert, who I made an appointment with but know absolutely nothing about.

ALSO! Can someone PLEASE tell me how much a doctor such as Pastorek, Tabbal, Tobias, Godfrey, etc. are. I figured about $10,000. Please respond...
